This is me not flexing, first thing in the morning 7+ years ago, I haven't been in shape like this for about 5 years. Its my reminder that my body a) can be like this and b) changes very quickly so if I work hard I will get back in shape fast.
My self confidence is way to down. It is getting better as I continue to look like I did for most of my life, but my back pain still takes me down. I still feel less confident, attractive, etc. and its affecting my social life for the first time. I never had this problem and don't want to have it for long.
I also wanna see if getting down under 200 affects my back issues positively.

Ok, new workout as of 7/27/09 (this is what i did the week of 7/27)
Goal, get to the gym 4 times per week-
Mon.- Lat Pulldowns 100 lbs 3 sets X 10
Rear Delt/Rhomboid 75 lbs 3 sets X 10
Barbell Bench Press 135 X 10, 155 X 10, 185 X 10, 205 X as many as I can until 10 (right now...
Training is going well, been hitting it hard hoping to see better results. My diet has been better, however I still need to pull it in a little more on that. Glad to hear that you are still making progress. Keep me posted and Happy Thanksgiving.

Yea, my situation is a little more complicated but I know what you mean. And ideally with the food, that's what I should be doing, but I have already stacked my clients at those set times. So some days are just rough.
I'm good. It's hard for me to hold on to weight because I keep stacking my clients without planning time to eat. But...it's all good. Right now I'm dealing with liking a guy who doesn't like me back as much as I'd like, but how is that any different than what any other girl goes through?
Nice! at least you are still in the race brother. even if it's light, it's still work. Have you seen a chiropractor? I swear by them anymore. It may be just what you need to get the balance you require to really make a go of it. Either way, keep in the game and you will see results. Keep eating clean and keep me posted.
What's going on with your back anyway? I know you have mentioned that you were on a diet only program for a while, or still are. Is it something where you can ease into getting some back work or is it prohibiting you from lifting all together?
it's going pretty well. I wish I could see the changes at a faster pace, however I do see some changes here and there so it keeps me going. All and all I am making progress.
