Bodybuilding is my greatest high. I can't resist the results and how i feel during and after a workout.
Goal (Long):
I want to stay healthy and gain lean muscle mass. My goal is to progress steadily focusing condition and building size symatricaly. My weight hs stayed about the same 175 - 180 lbs. I gained a little fullness but over all want to fill out but maintain a lean look. I live for the pump at the gym and do it for myself. Training natural all the time. I do not have present goals to compete. Will post some better recent pics sooner or later. Defintely interested in finding a female training partner into figure or bodybuilding in north jersey.
I'm still new to this whole thing so advice is definitely appreciated. how would I go about splitting my workout? How are the results different from what I am doing now? Thanks! :)
