I like how i feel during and after a workout.I want to stay healthy and gain lean muscle mass. My goal is to progress steadily focusing condition and building size symatricaly.
My weight has stayed about the same 175 - 180 lbs. The past summer i leaned out below 170. I did loose some muscle mass, so next time i will have to do better homework. For now i cut back on the cardio and going for a reasonable gain. I am at 190 lbs and will keep gaining until next year.
