I am trying to reduce my % body fat so that my mass looks less water logged and more shredded. In addition i would like to add an additional 10 lbs of lean muscle, mostly in the bi's, calves, shoulders to make those groups look more proportional to the rest of my body

Yeah it's not all bad a lot of hours and good pay...what would I be doing for you? if you were even serious about me working there....******** works good i dont normally take sups but they sent me a bunch of samples so im using them up is all...what are you taking what u been up to? u work at crombie right? is it in chicago? *says u have to clear ur pm's ur over the limit so i wrote on here hope u dont mind...

Hey, N51, I probably checked out your site a while ago because I guessed you were born in '51 and I like to see how my peers are doing. You're looking good--do you do much for your abs? Your heads in the right place: not many people on here are thinking about smaller muscle groups when they're looking at adding mass. Good luck!

Hey mate, yeah went crazy for 4 months training my ass off. Really focused on the legs this time round. Pitty it's all whithering away, I've started back at mma training so don't have much time for weights at the moment. Your Jan progress pic is looking solid, nice definition.
