To change myself; body and mind. I finally want a body that's better than just 'ok'.
Why I Love It:
It's an excellent way to blow off steam. I love to see what the body is capable of and witness it changing for the better every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping disciplined and keeping my habit and daily routine of hitting the gym. By seeing other peoples progress and transformations and watching my body change with every workout.

Taken a few weeks in to the 'Biggest Loser' competition @ my work (which I am currently winning!) Angled shot, relaxed. Things are a firmer and a little less fatty then when I started. Gotta get rid of the gut and bring my abs to surface. I know they're there, I can feel them!

Thanks for the comment and rating. Yeah, she's pretty adorable. We got her from a rescue about 4 months ago. The picture they had of her was terrible & we thought nobody would ever adopt her so we though we better do it. :) But look at her now. So cute! She's great. She's 3 1/2.
