| I start out on the treadmill to warm-up for about 15-20 minutes. Then I start with bi's and tri's - 3 sets of 10-12 reps on the seated bicep curl, tricep pushdown, tricep extension, and preacher bicep curl. I do abs after that, followed by shoulder press, etc. No chest or back workouts, they are good. I might hit the arms again and treadmill for another 15. |
