to build bigger and stronger and leaner i want to get with in the next 3 1/2 months hit 17" arms get to be 18" arms with in the next year 1/2and and learn from better and stronger people then i at building

Im intersted in competing. My goal is to gain a huge amount of muscle and at the same time stay lean. And also im looking for a sponsor.

By March of 2007 I want to benchpress 250. By June I would like to squat over 500.
