When I Started: Jan, 2005
How I Started: Started going to college, and was sick of being small basically. My roommate went to the gym everyday, so I decided to start going with him, and loved it.
Why I Love It: I love the satisfaction you get from achieving your goals. Working hard to get to those goals makes it that much better.
How I Stay Motivated: Progress pictures help to keep me motivated, but also comments that I get from friends and family as well.
BB Accomplishments: I was finally able to deadlift 315 in July of 2008. Took me a long time to get there, while deadlifting on and off.

Yo bro. Never again am I dead lifting and eating Mcdonald's... AFTER puking and doing squats. Keep up the hard work. Crazy #'s on the big 3 this summer!!
