When I Started:	Feb, 2007
How I Started:	I used to work out a lot when I was in high school. I was on the track, and wrestling team. I have recently been trying to motivate myself to get back into it. I am looking to tranform my body(lose weight,and build muscle).
Why I Love It:	It is actually a rush!! After working out you feel great, especially the tightness you feel!!!
How I Stay Motivated:	I am working on that!! I just know what I want to achieve.
