I love seeing myself continually improve.

Walking into the gym and seeing pretty boys do endless bicep curls while I step under the squat rack and do ass to the floor squats.
BB Accomplishments:
Pulled my first 500lb deadlift recently. Probably my favorite lift.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Lately I do a 10-8-6-4 scheme. I rotate that on a frequent basis, however.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends. On the 10-8-6-4 scheme, only about 1:30 per set. When I do my powerlifting routines, about 3 minutes.
