So this is what my diet is looking like... the dinner and lunch change daily but the daily totals still work out, I took it from June 09 Muscle and Fitness... constructive criticism would be appreciated as I am still struggling to hit my goal. I Just started this diet last week so not sure how...
Sorry it took me so long to respond. Training was going great up until 6 or 7 weeks ago towards the end of the summer I was setting new prs in all my lifts and pushing 220 in weight. I hurt my shoulder but things are back on track now. How's training going for you?
How's the milk and squats going man? Seen any gains so far? Did my 4th day on that routine (over a total of 10 days or so if you count rest days). Am up by 2 lbs already. Dont know if that's the routine or the fact I am coming off after cutting a bit tho
so... nin, I am done losing weight. Lost 12-13 lbs, and now I will be bulking for a short while... AND, I am going to be on the widowmaker routine as well. Starting Sunday, so feel free to pop in my journal to comment/compare notes. I will be putting up cliff notes from Randall Strossen's Super Squats book up there as well over next 2-3 days.
I think some ppl just need to be told what to do, they just don't see it, or maybe aren't being honest with themselves when they look in the mirror. We're all guilty of that sometimes. Thanks for the comments. :D
