How I Started:
Played hockey, and I have always been small and husky. I got checked into the boards, and had enough. Been hooked every since! My friend was a personal trainer, and I like helping people so that is what I am doing today! It makes me feel good that I help people out with something that is difficult to do on your own!!!
Why I Love It:
Because I want to be the best. You can't buy a great body, money isn't everything. Working out is relaxing, and seeing results is motivating!
How I Stay Motivated:
I work at a gym, so I always have to look my best. Competing against trainers and also playing sports helps too. My wife has gotten into working out, we help each other a lot! She rocks!!!
BB Accomplishments:
None, Powerlifter! I got 1st place 2 times in 2009! Bench Press 375x1, Squat 365x1 and Deadlift 455x1! Work in progress, happy but always want more!!!
