I have always been a little Crazy...so I told my friends I wanted to fight and they all said you will get killed old man...so now I have to prove a point...lol Yeah I served 7 years Active in the Navy (thanks for the thanks.) Your Photo shoot pictures came out stunning! did they go into a Magazine?

Yeah you have to be careful on your shoulders! Heavy weights...low reps... take long rest between...that's what I do. I have got my Bench up over 300 lbs pretty regular now (feels good) But I found out I have exercise induced asthma... which makes the whole game tougher. I love a challenge though! if you get a sec check out my blog...have new tattoo pic on it.

Well you have to hate insecure people! And losing a job to it don't help. Well your updated pics look Awesome! Shows you have been hitting it. I'm trying to cut down a little to 205 lbs (218 right now) so I have stepped up the nasty (Cardio...lol) Yeah MMA is tough to get into at 42 years of age. I will do it though! :)
