AlwaysShredded For that glute move put your hand in the small of the backside (i.e. like in the last pic from Jan.) and when you engage that area you should feel the upper glute tighten. Keep good posture and concentrate on high volume, slow reps to reduce size and increase firmness That'll balance out the glass. AlwaysShredded Great progress! I hope my one month pics are as dramatic. But these "handles" you're talking about, I don't see them. In my book, love handles are fat over the obliques or on the sides, which you have little of (i.e. 1st new pic here). In fact you have a hourglass frame, thanks to those sinewy obliques. AlwaysShredded Oh well it was another Zuzanna vid- you probably seen it, where she does six exercises until her beeper goes off. I think speed is irrelevant and those one leg squats aren't good for knees unless the resting leg's toes are upside on a bench, and if you're in the gym using a smith to add weight. I'll have to refind a favorite JNL booty blaster vid where she does "scoops" and "scissors" over a bench + her jump rope drills are inspiring too. Feb 4, 2011 2:48pm
