How I Started:
fitness has been in my life for a very long time. It has been there to help me through my darkest hours and there when I was at my highest. It coninues to build me up and make me a better man
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it. For that one hour every day in the gym, it is just me and the weights. They have become a great friend and have helped me through a lot of stuff. They don't tell me what I want to hear or give me false hopes. They are just there...sometimes they kick my ass, and every now and then, I can kick thiers!
How I Stay Motivated:
the looks.
from my wife, I love to catch her taking a glimpse when she doesn't think I can see her.
from the other guys in the gym (especially the younger ones) when they see what I am lifting and they aren't there yet.
in the mirror. There is nothing more satisfying than looking in the mirror and seeing the results of a great workout!
BB Accomplishments:
um...I just turned <<gulp>> 40, and I love when people find out and say "no way! I had no idea that you were that old!"
