was always in sports and active. start with 10 yrs. of dance. played ball all my life got way out of shape in high school cuz of steroid shots for medical purposes. Senior year got on the track and field team, and that was all she wrote.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a chance to do something for myself, with no husband or kids involved. I feel great after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
my husband and kids. I remember how I looked when we met, thats what motivates me. Looking at the pictures of me being 150 lbs before I had my kids, and knowing I did it once, I can do it again.
BB Accomplishments:
Being the Mother of my children. 5 and 1.5 y/o boys, and 4, 3, 6 mo old girls. Getting from 267 to what I am now 189, and the support of no one except my kids. My oldest son tells me constatly, " Mom your looking really good, Keep working out!, I wanna wife like you!". Kids are such sweethearts. I wanna get to 130 by december though.

About 4-5 months prego with my third baby. These pregnancies were back to back, with little to no break. by the end of this third pregnancy, I had gained 110 pds from all three preg.
january 2008 weight: 267
just found out I'm yet prego again, so my goal is just to maintain weight throughout pregnancy.
Goal (Long):
Now that I have found out I am pregnant once again, My goal is just to maintain my weight for as long as I can, keep my energy and motivation for workouts, and gain no more than 20 pounds

Well congrats to u and ur hubby! Its def hard not to gain tht xtra weight when ur eating for two :) But I am sure u will have a handle on it and stay active :)..like u said u work too hard to have to start all over...
Every is working out. I think I have been putting on muscles. I hit a plateau this week. Congratulations!!! My best friend found out that same exciting news.
ME TOO! That is what I would want to do if I did any PT stuff. I would want to help the people who look like our before photos...and turn them into our after photos. That would be SOOOOO great!
I have to look back at my old pictures to remember that I've lost a lot! About the PT...I've considered it...but writing it my passion. I'm working on that full steam ahead. What about you? Adina
