Arlington High Attended 2000 to 2001 Riverside, California United States
When I Started:
How I Started:
was always in sports and active. start with 10 yrs. of dance. played ball all my life got way out of shape in high school cuz of steroid shots for medical purposes. Senior year got on the track and field team. Got to college, met a guy, got married, had kids one after another. didn't like the direction my body was going in, decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a chance to do something for myself. I feel great after a workout. sore, but good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay positive with myself. Picking out the little bit of progress you make can go a long way. My kids are my biggest motivation. i want to be thier example that I didn't have growing up.
BB Accomplishments:
Being the Mother of my children. 5 and 2 y/o boys, and 4, 3, 1 y/o old girls. Getting from 267 to what I am now 189, and the support of no one except my kids. My oldest son tells me constatly, " Mom your looking really good, Keep working out!, I wanna wife like you!". Kids are such sweethearts.
About 4-5 months prego with my third baby. These pregnancies were back to back, with little to no break. by the end of this third pregnancy, I had gained 110 pds from all three preg.
january 2008 weight: 267
Ok, so, I just decided it's time to end breastfeeding! I hit the six month mark, so now it's time to get with the weight loss!
Goal (Long):
only gained 25 lbs during pregnancy, that's good for me. So my goal to start is to loose that weight and get my musle tone back. From there, it is to get to my weight before I had my kids, 150 lbs. After that, I want to get down to 130.
her transformation is unbeleivable. she changed her entire persona. she reminds me that changes are possible for all body types. her dedication helps me to work harder and not give up, when discouraged.
well, like I said in my goals. I'm pregnant yet again. so, to not fall off the horse. I figure I'll stick with my routine workouts. I'm five months now, and gained about 4-5 pounds so far. my eating has been horrrible though, that's getting cleaned up this week though. I need to hit up...

hey miss, thank you... I'm doing well... gearing up to get back into the iron hardcore... I eased off of it for BJJ then that ran into the holidays... and we all know how that can go... that's awesome that you only gained 9 lbs... that's barely the weight of a baby... how much longer until full term?
