I bought a WII fit and enjoyed exercising with it so much that when I found out there was a gym across the street from my home I decided to join

It energizes and motivates me and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

I have been morbidly obese for too long. I am 34 years old and already on diabetes and high blood pressure medicine. I want to be healthy for once in my life! My goals are to lose 10-15 lbs. a month until I lose 100 lbs. I am learning how to eat right and exercising 2-3 hours a day-6 days a week and to trust the Lord to give me the strength and endurance to meet each goal that I set for myself-giving HIM all the glory for every great or small victory.. My ultimate goal is to become the person that the Lord Jesus Christ has designed me to be and to be a living testament to the transformation that HE can make in a persons life-even the seemingly impossible task of losing a lot of weight and becoming physically, mentally and spiritually strong and balanced.

Just read your blog and think you are just AMAZING!Reading your posts made me think of the online weight management program I am using through Melaleuca and was wondering if you were familiar with it? Good luck with your exercising and with helping your friend. There are a lot of exercises that she can do without gym equipment. Go on ExRx.net to the exercise section and it shows lots of options. A friend of faith.
