I have been morbidly obese for too long. I am 34 years old and already on diabetes and high blood pressure medicine. I want to be healthy for once in my life! My goals are to lose 10-15 lbs. a month until I lose 100 lbs. I am learning how to eat right and exercising 2-3 hours a day-6 days a week and to trust the Lord to give me the strength and endurance to meet each goal that I set for myself-giving HIM all the glory for every great or small victory.. My ultimate goal is to become the person that the Lord Jesus Christ has designed me to be and to be a living testament to the transformation that HE can make in a persons life-even the seemingly impossible task of losing a lot of weight and becoming physically, mentally and spiritually strong and balanced.
