i know, this is skinniness at it's best, but i am all set make a big change.
i am 119 pounds with almost no bodyfat at all.

after I saw these pics of mine I really knew what I had to work on, I totally changed my diet, my training, the rest period and made some incredible gains...

been concentrating on alot of carbs and protein and 6 moderate meals a day

Here u can see I made alot of improvements, esp on the delts and arms... in fact I made an overall descent gain with good quality muscle

I really worked hard on my weak points so I think I did pretty good.
Here again I am at 62.5 kgs

Now see the quads developing... I worked my ass off for that. now my overall physique looks pretty balanced

The ones on the left were taken on 2007 feb at 52kgs bodyweight and the other one was taken on 2008 june at 61kgs I guess...
