No worries, its totally true tho you are a great motivation to me and im sure alot of other people to stick at it. Hope all is good with u, i dieting like a dog to try and bring out my abs like you lol working progress :)

Thank you for the very nice message, you are really friendly it sort of took me back a bit lol.
Im good thanks im really starting to get strict with my food and been going hard in the gym (my backgarden) for a month now :) but i didnt stick to it last year like you did (and you look great for it), i should have checked out your vids there very funny and inspiring, hope your all good :) x
