Looking through Mags and websites like Bodybuilding.com i realized i was really in need of a change of life style.
Why I Love It:
Its an adiction now, iv never felt like i do now after 1 month of hardcore dieting and training 5 days a week im getting a buzz just thinking about my next workout, i truly love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Log on to Bodybuilding.com everyday and check out everyone elses great physic and tell myself im gonna have that if i keep up the training :)
BB Accomplishments:
Iv stuck to it and finally figured out that helping other people and encouraging them in their goals brings them and me great progress in training and self :)

Love this woman she is absolutely wicked, really friendly and helpful, great body 'the abs are amazing' and a great inspiration to me to keep hitting the gym :)
Really friendly, great abs and if i start thinking of packing it in i just watch a couple of her great vids and im ready to kick ass with the weights again :)

I am settling into the summer routines - getting more sleep, training, and the other things like work, and visiting with friends. Thanks so much for dropping by to check in on me. I'd eat some lean protein sources bro. Protein shake and a handful of almonds are a great choice during the day. Or try cooking some chicken breasts to bring with you. It's a little more work, but I take my Sunday afternoons to cook for the following week.
