How I Started:
I couldn't fit in over 90% percent of my clothes! I self-consciously started avoiding the swimming pool and anything that showed my body. I decided it was time to be confident in my own skin again.
Why I Love It:
I feel refreshed when I work out. Its a time where I can focus on myself. Working out in the morning always start my day off on a positive note.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see a change in my body, I get hooked. My downfall is my horrible sweet tooth and eating out on the weekends. I know this is stopping my body to reach its fullest potential.
BB Accomplishments:
The best is yet to come for me. I hope to be able run a 5mile race by next March!

I am ready for a lifestyle change.I see the important connection between a strong mind and body. I feel I can achieve the body I've always wanted in 4 months. My goal is to feel confident in front of the mirror again, gain 10-121bs muscle mass while maintaining as much of my curves as I possibly can. Think "brick house with a six pack!"

If you're looking for a good multivitamin I would suggest Usana. A pharmaceutical grade group of Health vitamins/supplements that I did a lot of research on and was very impressed with what I found. I've been on them for 2 years and I love them! I would encourage you to look into the products you are interested in and make a very informed decision as making the wrong one can lead to a waste of time and very expensive pee>
