How I Started:
I got started bcs i wanted to be huge so I put on 30 pounds in my freshman of high school i have done powerlifting,bodybuilding,some strongman,now im going to go back and train powerlifting and MMA!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling when you leave the gym after a workout and your veins are out and your pumped up you feel unstoppable!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of all the negatives in life and apply them to the gym

Thanks, I'm also trying to regain a little lost size. As for pointers, just stick to what you know works (good form, heavy weight, eating, etc.). Good luck!
For strength training, just add weight and sets, and reduce the number of reps you do. Focus on squats and deadlifts - they will help you grow stronger faster than any other exercises. Be sure to keep your diet in line or you'll never grow.
