Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I had always been interested in bodybuilding but I never got fully invested until my fiance bought me 8weeks with a personal trainer at our local gym....

WHY I LOVE IT:

the euphoric feeling I get from the pump...it's like a drug that I can't get enough of

motivation comes from so many places. I could just see someone walking by someone and think to myself damn he's jacked!, or maybe watch some vid's or read some bios, and nothing beats going to the gym on a bad day and beating the hell outta some iron!

Arms!!

since last summer when I was just a runt I have been bulking while I have grown my arms seem to be stunted?? or are they?? from pics I think they seem balanced... definitely not the biggest but I would also say not that small either, maybe I'm just in denial?? I look around at all the pics and measurements form people similar in weight and height and  apparently I'm the only one that doesn't have 18in arms??? I mean seriously when measuring the way the vid says not flexed and hanging by your side my arms are 4 inches smaller then the avg.... it's driving me nuts

Who still hit the gym???

curious as my gym was as dead as a graveyard tonight! I know that tonight can be a busy night and yes I have 2 kids to get ready to go out right after super but I still hit up the gym and destroyed some legs! I mean really go thrash legs and then walk it off all night thought it was perfect... other then the odd house having stairs you have to walk up lol. And Yes I dressed up too... lol... I'm still a kid are heart I guess! hope everyone had a good one!

so today I tried to get my first vid... only problem was I had no one at the gym that I knew tonight... lol... so I wasn't going to let that stop me pulled the bench over propped phone against the wall and took it anyways. glad I did this I've been meaning to get some vids of me up for awhile now! this week I want to get a vid up for every workout. Shoulders  got a good rip today, been noticing my front delts are growing faster then my rear delts so I switched my routine up, i'm only going to do on front delt exercise from now on and do it last! the rest will be rear delt and mid delt unt...
