Hey Nik, I'm trying to make it on this side...I'm gaining on the scale, but I know it's muscle...I'm trying to get leaner...I think it may be my diet...think my carbs levels are high...outside of that I'm good.

I'm doing good, just want to upload some progress pics but, Internet prices around here are way to expensive. I'm right around 230 pounds and at a new Gold's and it's pretty good. Workouts are cranked up now, I just want to see how good I can be. Nice to hear from you and I'll talk to you later.

Things are okay.. In between jobs so I'm back to training.. Remodeling my bathroom and home and pressing through grad school. What about you? How's the family? Kids gett'n up there now.. I have a daughter in her 2nd yr of college, son starting college and youngest a high school freshmen.. Have you been training?
