okee doke ms nik...i probably more than likely will b taking u up on that shoulder...this morning i aspired to b at the gym at 5 for a cardio session, but it didnt pan out...was so excited about it all, didnt fall asleep til 2 in anticipation of the whole thing...how silly is that. but not gonna beat myself up for that...will just get my cardio in this afternoon. well u have a fantabulous day chica and i will catch ya later. peace & b well... dominique
