Nothing revolutionary, just got sick and tired of being sick and tired. Was a fat kid, then got too skinny, then got muscle!!!

I goal to create my ideal balance between symetry and density!
Goal (Long):
There comes a point where mass is not so much appreciated in funtionality, but becomes ideal when creating your own personal artwork, your sculpture. It is the clay in forming the shape you envision in your mind when your sqeezing out those last two or three reps, that last set. The body I want, I now know more then ever, is a journey and never a destination. That is the beauty of this sport.... you can only ever better yourself.....never give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister and I are totally excited! We are planning on working out together since I have a decent setup at home. Hubby just bit the bullet and bought a lat pull/row machine to add to our home gym. So, now it feels more complete!! I used it today and LOVE it! I did Lat pulls, upright row, seated row, bicep curls and tricep pull downs! It's NICE!
