Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To gain upper body strength.
Goal (Long): I've always had a weak upper body. When I started body building I struggled to lift really low weights. I want to gain upper body strength and at the same time gain shape to my slim shapeless body. I still have fat on my stomach and want to get rid of that and see some abs!

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. I used to run cross country when I was younger and got back into running when I joined the gym. Releases stress.
