Starting P90X today. Doing the lean version. Doing south beach diet, on day 9. My carb cravings were really bad early on and I have a major sweet tooth. I'm eating more veggies than I ever have and I eat sugar free jello and popsicles to curb the sweet tooth.

Barlean's Fresh Catch Fish Oil, 100 Softgels, Orange

I have heard awesome things about the Body for Life program that was listed below. You may want to check that out and see how it fits you.

What got my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I in the best shape of our lives was following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs, going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. You will need to challenge yourself to achieve great results but I believe they will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
