nikkilace7 I'm really upset with my progress going backward for the past year. Any tips on how to get back on track with an 80 hour work week?

  • thanks for the advice! I've been trying to implement weekend workouts. I'm not quite sure about crossfit - the money and equipment is not there at the moment. Do you have suggestions for anything similar? Injury is better, but a new problem always seems to appear, haha.

  • You can get workouts of the day called WODs from the crossfit.com website. Or just pick one of there many calisthenic/resistance training routines Most of the exercise circuits can be done with regular gym equipment. Thats pretty much wahat do. If i need pointers on form, there is always youtube. I will admit is more motivating to do it in a group, but if you are a good self motivator, just blast some music and Git-er-done. Hope it helps. Im off to do the WOD called "Sean" tonight. Look it up at crossfit.com Good Luck chica. Stay motivated. :)
