Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I feel way better about myself than I ever have. I feel like I can do more. I'm not lazy anymore! haha

Well, I almost made it!  It's Saturday and I am supposed to be at the gym today, but just couldn' do it!  I've given in to a day off!  Tomorrow was supposed to be my day off but after last night I don't think I can handle anymore till I get some rest!  I knew what I was getting myself...

I am doing Arnolds level 1 exercise program which is a 3 day split of:
