I got sick of feeling unattractive and tired all the time and decided to do something about it, so I took advantage of Bally's free 6 week gym membership, and loved it! I then joined my current gym and started working with a trainer, which has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I've seen so many changes in my body since I've learned how to eat and lift properly...it's awesome.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a feeling of accomplishment....and it makes me look and feel great! I also get to get out of the house every day (I work from home), and meet new people who are interested in working out as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Work with a trainer once or more a week....and cute clothes...lol!
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any interest in competing, but I love to watch!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006....I gained about 15 lbs. during treatment followed by lifting heavy/eating more to try and build back some muscle. My goal is to get down to 14-15% bodyfat. I'm not looking to compete in bodybuilding/figure...I just want to look and feel great and above all BE HEALTHY!
you have a very good physique now. with continued training I think you'll be able to add that muscle you want and look even better. Work hard and best wishes. and very nice profile pic - pretty face, nice smile and impressive bis - looking strong and beautiful.
