How I Started:
I was almost 200lbs and realized that I was going to be miserable the rest of my life if I didn't change it. It took forever to figure out how to stop making excuses for myself and realize that no one in the world can change me besides myself
Why I Love It:
The long-term health benefits, being a role model to my kids, wanting to eat clean because of what you've invested, confidence, having your jeans fit properly, feeling amazing...
How I Stay Motivated:
Taking progression pictures, having a great support network, and I just love that rush of adrenaline from a good lift!
BB Accomplishments:
I lost over 70 lbs..I think that's a major accomplishment

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. Total body and core workout in one. I LOVE the runner's high I get from being in the zone for 45-60m!
