When I Started: Nov 2011
HOW I STARTED:

back home started getting into it doing a few weights then moved to the states 4 school and continued,dont wanna get a crazy ripped body just ripped will do and more defined abs would be great

WHY I LOVE IT:

feeling you get after a good workout =)

 If your like me and find it hard to get out of bed on certain cold mornings fear no longer!!


(insert ramble about something no-one really cares about)

stick it right NEXT to your bed...yea thats right.. right next to it,or in an arms length away,any further will make you go ahh bar it and then fall back to sleep and you dont want that!!


now.. the second you wake up in the morning.. reach over grab your ipod,snuggle back into bed & play a reallllllly upbeat/techno/summerparty/

why is the female to male ratio 1:99 at any gym??
