This was taken in 2005 about 2 months after I started lifting :)
Got rid of a lot of fat and gained some muscle, weight stayed about the same (175 lbs)
The six pack u see only comes out when flexed, and I'm flexing the hell out of it on that picture

at your height and weight there's not a lot of fat to rid from the thick traps, solid chest/pecs and great abs. already. Andre
