Hey, my workouts are getting better as my strength comes back. Continuity in the gym makes a big difference. I'm so pleased with my diet however, tonight I'll be going out to catch a football game. Hope all is well with you. Talk to you later and keep melting off that weight :-)

Yumm. I like the sounds of granola bar better than shortbread. How are workouts on a side note? LOL. Mine are consistent & I'm happy to get every workout done. Its pleasing to find my strength is slowly but surely coming back to me. Diet seems clean too :-) .... Anyways, I wish you the best. Keep rocking it out !!

Girl you are tough!!!!! Your metabolism is at its peak resulting in losing bf levels even on a relative high calorie diet. Make sure you take in quality protion of protein every 3-4 hours if you aren't already :-)

Good morning. so how did your tuesday go? I missed the gym (took a off day) but kept clean on the diet. Tomorrow is shoulders and I plan on hitting them hard and heavy. Whats the update from Colorado??? Keep it up with the good workouts!!

I love that no pain no gain attitude. Shows that you are a go getter. How many calories are you taking in & whats the frequency of your ab workouts?

You can achieve that by training smart & eating right. What are your goals? Do you want to compete or perhaps model a bit? I think you have a lot of potential. Anwyays hope you had a great day.
