Overall Goal: I'd like to lose some bf% and gain lean muscle. How? Eating clean and training hard regularly. Of course, everyday temptations and distractions of everyday life.
Its a medium for me to relax, divert my mind from everyday stress, stay healthy & strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
To better and improve everyday. Think every meal & workout in advance enables me to manage my development. I understand it takes time & have all the patience which enables me to stay motivated. Reading about other member stories & appreciating their accomplishments.

She is such a fierce competitor. Dedicated and incredibly motivated to train hard everytime she steps in the gym. Also a great source of diet recipe's :-)
So I'm living with this sharp pain in my left outside elbow (lateral epicondylitis) for over 3 months now. I believe it was caused when i was getting into my training after a long gap earlier this year doing upright rows or lateral raises. Pain lessens if I don't lift but always aggravates after...
When my best friend and I work out together, I'm all Army hoo-ha. As for the kitchen, it is my down fall right now. I am undoing all my hard work eating like a retard. I am not happy in my relationship and I know that is why I eat. I have to find my "I'm doing this for me" and I just haven't found it.
How about you? Any advice? What's your claim to glory that makes you the proudest?
hi thank you so much ! im pretty excited about it :O) i know a few days ago i was in pretty rough shape but i guess its all turning around for me...as long as the inches keep coming off i ll be happy regardless of weight...i hope all is well with you, never give up !
I teach k-8 general music and band. It's crazy!
I'm bulking right now simply because I don't have a choice. I'm visiting family for Thanksgiving, and they are forcing me to eat like a horse! My stomach won't be flat after this week, but that's okay. I can always work it off again! Hopefully I can build some solid muscle during this time!
Travelling for family is always worth it! My plans for the weekend are pretty low key, might go to see the new Sandra Bullock movie (definitely a cheat night, mmm movie popcorn lol), and maybe a little christmas shopping! I'm getting in the mood for it, its my favorite holiday :) What are you up to?
It's sooo good to be back, I feel like a new person!
Travelling for work can totally wreak havok on a workout/eating plan, but you do what you can :)

Thanks :) My weekend could have been better lol..I've had the swine flu since saturday. Not fun, no working out, mostly sleeping. I'm starting to feel a little better though, and I'm hoping to be back in the gym soon!
weekend was pretty great. my penn state boys lost to the buckeyes. but my steelers won yesterday! =) and i had a great workout at the gym yesterday, hoping for a great workout again tomorrow morning. how was your weekend?
