So I'm living with this sharp pain in my left outside elbow (lateral epicondylitis) for over 3 months now. I believe it was caused when i was getting into my training after a long gap earlier this year doing upright rows or lateral raises. Pain lessens if I don't lift but always aggravates after...

When my best friend and I work out together, I'm all Army hoo-ha. As for the kitchen, it is my down fall right now. I am undoing all my hard work eating like a retard. I am not happy in my relationship and I know that is why I eat. I have to find my "I'm doing this for me" and I just haven't found it. How about you? Any advice? What's your claim to glory that makes you the proudest?

I teach k-8 general music and band. It's crazy! I'm bulking right now simply because I don't have a choice. I'm visiting family for Thanksgiving, and they are forcing me to eat like a horse! My stomach won't be flat after this week, but that's okay. I can always work it off again! Hopefully I can build some solid muscle during this time!

Travelling for family is always worth it! My plans for the weekend are pretty low key, might go to see the new Sandra Bullock movie (definitely a cheat night, mmm movie popcorn lol), and maybe a little christmas shopping!
