Overall Goal: I'd like to lose some bf% and gain lean muscle. How? Eating clean and training hard regularly. Of course, everyday temptations and distractions of everyday life.
Its a medium for me to relax, divert my mind from everyday stress, stay healthy & strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
To better and improve everyday. Think every meal & workout in advance enables me to manage my development. I understand it takes time & have all the patience which enables me to stay motivated. Reading about other member stories & appreciating their accomplishments.

She is such a fierce competitor. Dedicated and incredibly motivated to train hard everytime she steps in the gym. Also a great source of diet recipe's :-)

The weekend was great; but I'm concerned about your shoulder. What actions are you talking about? By the way, there's controversy brewing about ice decreasing blood flow to the area; and heat being more effective for the opposite effect, stimulating healing. What else have you been doing?
I dont really like cardio but HIT isnt so bad cause I get to mix it up a bit. Keeps ya from getting bored. I usually do around 3-4 days a week but I think I'm gonna step it up a bit. How bout you?
Sorry to read about your injuries! I've had problems with both, and got fantastic results with rotator cuff exercises, core- and back-strengthening work, Active Release Techniques, and deep-tissue massage. It's worth an overhaul of the training for a few weeks to get back in the game. Feel better soon!
