This Hydroxycut Hardcore has really pushed me past this 9-9.5% bodyfat plateau! I am at 8.7% as of this morning. Fat is melting off my chest which Lipo 6 and Lean System 7 seemed to overlook. 

My chest looks smaller, but the pure muscle revealed is well worth it and inspires me to beef up...

Actually I gained 15 lbs. Mostly muscle, now trying to control BF. Got the first half of my goal though - 170

Well, Wednesday is the day. I made half of my goal. I made it to 170. But the BF% is about the same. Looks like you made progress too, but not all the way. What is our new date to accomplish the old goal? That's what's great about this, there is no failure, just get to keep workin'!

I gained it back because I had a weird mental breakdown of sorts. But I will probly end up under 400 by Aug 3rd. I am back losing again. Thanks for askin bro!

I live straight north of Rochester in Leonard (9 miles). The gym is in Rochester. We don't get heat here until July, It'll be gone in September. Short season.
