When I Started:
How I Started: I was in the mood to kick a little ass. I was tired of being in and out of the hospital for health problems.
Why I Love It: I love feeling healthy and knowing that because of it I can kick your ass. I love the results that I see and I feel. I love it when steam rises off my body from working out so hard. I love that moment in the workout when you're drenched in sweat
How I Stay Motivated: Remembering what it's like to lose and what my future successes will be.
BB Accomplishments:
Forum Signature: Champions are not born. They are built.

You wondered if all the pain and sacrifice is worth it...now you know.

Gold medals aren't made of gold. Not really. They're made of sweat, dedication, and a hard to find alloy called guts.

Everybody wants to win. But not everybody is willing to do what it takes.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To be a great athletic specimen. To be looked up to as a role model.
Goal (Long): I'm changing my diet and my workout...and trying to do my best to keep myself supplement free. I've always been a dreamer but following through has been tough. I keep coming back to this goal of being in shape. I never really dated much growing up. I felt awkward in myself so this my help me regain considence. I want the usual, tight stomach and great arms. I workout in the morning so my meals consist of: wake up: 1/3 cup of cottage cheese workout (lots of water during) breakfast: 1/3 cup eggs whites, 1 egg, salsa, w/ tortilla, glass of milk next meal: tuna sandwich (instead of bread, i use a piece of red leaf lettuce) next meal: Half a turkey sandwich w/ lettuce, tomato, 1 slice of cheese next meal: one scoop of white rice or pasta with pepper steak. dessert: either a scoop of peanut butter w/ apricot jam or a handful of honey nut cheerios or apple from whole foods with some peanut butter. I drink lots of water throughout the day. I do 3 days on, 1 day off (I go for an hour walk in a weight vest on this day). For my workouts I start with a 3 strength workouts in 5x8. Then I move to 3 olympic lifts in a 5x5 before doing a crossfit workout of the day. I move into a couple minutes of abs. I finish with some sprints. Depending on the day anywhere from 440 yards sprints to 10 yards. I want to push myself to the limit each day and then go one step further. I don't want to say midway.."i'm too tired. my side aches so i'm quitting."
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

I'm doing well so far.  The hardest part I think has been my diet and finding new things to have for dinner.  I realized one of the reasons that I was so tired was that I wasn't eating enough calories and treating everything like it was a guilt trip if it wasn't strictly vegetables or...

Do you still have the USC workout manual? Any chance I could get a copy or you could tell me where to get it? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
