hmm. i would nt suggest one cause everyone is different and if it targets fat in the stomach area it prolly will work everywhere, if your looking for one find one that targets cortisol its a hormone that adds excess body fat in the middle due to stress. But in my opinion theres no miracle pill just lots of crunches, hanging leg raises ect.

rite now im taking l-carnitine and protein powder and a multi vitamin and a few natural supplents for joint health and mantal clairity ,energy ect.
