Reason: Every time I think I have it figured out, I allow something else to change my routine. I'd dropped 34 pounds in four months with an agressive workout routine. I've gained half of it back and am fighting once again. Your stabilty inspires me, that you have some so far and have been successful. My goal weight is 150. I'm back around 192--again. The lightest weight I've been in ten years is 165, so I don't think 150 is unreasonable. I hope to hear from you sometime.
