Whats good man yes Im a trainer , if you want to be one there are many ways but i would say the best way is like i went and thats through your local comunity college instead of a internet course because you will get real trainers as teachers.

if used right, NO2 gives me just awsome recover and crazy pumps. There a plenty of other good side effects that i get from it too. you ever tried it?

The guy below has good tips...also im not a big fan of supplements, I actually think they are pointless, except whey protein. Umm I dont do nothing fancy, just old fashioned hard work, I stick with that because its the best, healthiest way to go.
