Workout Program:
First exercise of each day's first two sets is warm-up, third and fourth set is weight acclamation, fifth and sixth set is actual workout. Enough weight to do 4-6 Reps. Each excercise that follows should be 2-3 sets with weight for you do about 4-6 reps.
