Out of shape but not heavy, wanted to focus on specific part sof my body. Mid life crisis.

I am excited to start the new Body building challenge.  I was half way through the shred challenge when my family had a crisis that did not allow me to eat right or train.  It truly bummed me out so now I get to start the new year with a new challenge.  The previous challenge made me time important for the first time in my life since I am a wife, mom, grandma, etc.  I got use to focusing on myself and the adrenaline of training.  I am starting this challenge at 110 lbs. so weight loss is not a goal muscle is.  I want to practice what I preach.  My career is n...

Day 1, Take before pics, order supplements, go to the grocery store, hit the gym for a new workout.  Focused on the Challenge.  My legs hurt from yesterdays workout at the gym but reading the new workout plan for the challenge I bet I will really burn.  It's all good.

leonard92 Yeah Low Gi carbs, in 4/6 meals, but still keeping cardio to 3 times a week, working pretty well at the moment, weight is slowly going back up of what it used to be before the operation which is good i guess Jan 24, 2012 5:50pm
