I have two children, and unfortunately let "pregnancy" get the best of me. I am now on a mission to get in the best shape I have ever been in!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling right after I finish a workout...complete exhaustion, but complete satisfaction!

Beautifulgrace is the reason I decided to change my lifestyle. Her body transformation was/is amazing and I look at her progress everyday to help push myself further and harder! Thank you beautifulgrace!
Steve has been one of my biggest inspirations for sure! I have done a couple programs before, and in my experience, the trainer never truly cares about your progress...they are in it for the money. Steve is nothing like this! I have only been doing his program for 1.5 weeks, and have had more support and encouragement than I have ever had before....not to mention his program acctually works! It kicks my butt every single day, but in just 1.5 weeks, I am seeing improvement! How amazing is that???

Thanks hun! As for cardio... its definitely not my priority although I've been getting better, lol. Now i do at 1-2 spin classes/wk and 1 or 2 days of hiit 15 minutes.
