I want to compete one day, figure or fitness. I have worked out for a few years, but recetly started to get super serious. Eating 100% clean, and sticking with it. I want to gain muscle as well as lean out and be completely shredded!!!!!!!!!
Erin's body is perfection. Delts to die for, a wasp waist, and glutes that would stop a speeding truck.... in other words the ideal Figure Athlete.! I wish her all the best as she makes her way up the IFBB ladder of success. She is bringing it!!!
My Soul sista!!! Carlene and I met via BB.com. I noticed her rockin body and new that is what I wanted to look like, and she has 3 babies!!!!! I entered my first competition in August 2008 and along with Carlene. She was so helpful, fiilled me in and the in's and out's, do's and dont's, and made my first show a great expereince.... She is an amazing person all the way around. She has been there to pick me up and get me through the tough times, and I thank you lady!!!
I have been asked alot about my leg workout... I hit them very hard... Go heavy and they will come:-) This is my current workout....
Wednesday - Light leg day-the weight is much lighter but reps are super high ...
Squats (free weight with barbell on shoulders) - 3 sets of 40 reps-...
You look wonderful. The training has obviously worked and your body is one that so many women dream about. You have shown tremendous determination and strength of spirit. Hey girl! Thank you! It was fun! But I got the stomach flu, luckily it held off to hit full force after the stage!lol! Thanks so much for all your help! Couldn;t have done it without all the support!
Right now I'm around 1900 calories/day...130 grams protein/250 of carbs & 28 of fat....I leaned out a month ago for a photo shoot & I really leaned out nicely...and I only had 3 wks notice so I'm confident that the calories are working for me. BTW-your suit in this pic is gorgeous!!
Thanks Nicole-you look awesome! I actualy haven't changed anything from my previous shoulder workouts-just gone heavier...but I really think the key has been my diet this off-season...it's been all about adding the mass!

Thank you sooo much for that! I have been keeping tabs on my water and i am at 1.2-2gall now, so would you still suggest start at 2? I also start carbing up on thursday so Sun-wed. I have none. My color is getting done friday night, but i am putting on a sample spot and then having my make-up trial on tuesday.. Sound ok? You have no idea how much i appreciate ur help!
Yep, i have a trainer, and i have what she gave me to do..not sure if i water load or not though? just says a gallon first 4 days then tapers, but I actually drink 2 gallons a day now. Sodium, i have no idea about.. 4days no carb then i start to load on thursday...

nah, I couldn't get lean enough this time for figure because I have thyroid problems so I did bikini..but I think it is fixed now..so I will gear up for figure in Mach.
