Placed 8th in my class of Jr. USA's.. now it's time to add mass!!!
Goal (Long):
I want to compete one day, figure or fitness. I have worked out for a few years, but recetly started to get super serious. Eating 100% clean, and sticking with it. I want to gain muscle as well as lean out and be completely shredded!!!!!!!!!

I have been asked alot about my leg workout... I hit them very hard... Go heavy and they will come:-) This is my current workout....
Wednesday - Light leg day-the weight is much lighter but reps are super high ...
Squats (free weight with barbell on shoulders) - 3 sets of 40 reps-...
Dont worry chick! this pic is from a while ago! my abs aren't that lean at the moment, although my legs are pretty tight.
At the moment i'm doing cardio about 5 times per week for about 30 minutes.
I'll be starting my contest diet very shortly, so my cardio will go up to twice a day.
But if you wanna gain mass huni, I stopped cardio altogether for a while! to ensure I didn't burn off too many calories. x

i dream of my stomach getting that flat again, too!! I'm good, busy with work and trying to get my diet back on track! We go to Vegas in 2 wks and i wanna wear my "in shape" clothes!! Glad things are good with you, lookin' gorgeous!
Hey girl! I credit most of my gains in my glutes and hams to squats (deep and heavy), lunges and stiff leg deadlifts. Once I incorporated those three into my routine I really started seeing great progress, even more so since I started hitting legs twice a week! And thank you btw for the compliment! You look so amazing, congrats on your latest competition:) Is it easy for you to get on stage? I've been known to have awful stage fright, so I'm worried I wouldn't be able to do it! LOL!
Thanks chick!!! I know for figure, shoulders, lats, and abs are BIG, so needed to grow my shoulders! Thinking the Size On is helping!! BTW - have you done the 10 for 10 yet?? It killed me....
Well- believe it or not, they are not great right now. im bulking- and its all going there lol. Apart from squats? I do a lot of lunges. Deadlifts for hams. just go super heavy. I cant wait to lean back down
