How I Started:
I was a competative swimmer (NCAA Division I) for 13 years up until college and have worked out on and off ever since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and I have a lot of energy and purpose for everything else in my life. Not mention who doesn't love looking thin and in shape?
How I Stay Motivated:
My size 4 skinning jeans and hopes to make it a size 2; Knowing that other women look at me in jealous disgust because they let them self-go; My boyfriend; And knowing that I'm not part of society who makes medical health care costs rise because they are selfish slobs who blame others for their obesity CHOICES!

Goal (Long):
My whole life my thighs and core are not what I want. My thighs are usually my problem with pants.
I would like to be 125 lbs and hold no more than 15% body fat.
Lose all the cellulite on my legs. Ugh!!! So gross and frustrating!
I want a lift to my flat runners butt and make my 2-pack abs into a 6 pack.
I want my thighs to fit into a size 2. I want to reduce my hip size to 34 and my waist 24/25 and keep my chest the same.
I want to get rid of my saddlebags on my thighs and lose 3 - 4 inches in my things.
I want to lose 2-3 inches in my hips.
I want to see my hip bones more.
AND NEVER EVER CRAVE SWEETS AGAIN!!!!
