Superpump is a great pre-workout shake for added energy in the gym. If you're really looking for a good stack, you can use Size-On during your workout as well!
Both are great products!

It felt a little better last night...then this morning it felt raunchy again. It's sort of located under my right armpit in the lat area...my boyfriend thought it might be the muscle in between my ribs because it was hurting when I was brething. I'm sure I'll be okay...I think I need a few days off anyways as I was beginning to feel worn out with the heavy lifting. I just hope that I can be back in there lifting heavy by the weekend.

Muscle beach...you know what? I look at my pictures and see the same thing - even though I know it's Malibu! lol
No, I haven't tried crossfit. I'm exactly like you when it comes to endurance training at that level - I am so scared of losing muscle...especially when I'm trying to grow always! I did check out the crossfit website and viewed some of the exercises..it looks like a lot of fun! I'm glad to have found your blog...not many girls on here like to lift - I mean, really LIFT!

That's good...I think you'd have to eat way too many seeds to get the required amount of fat..but if you ever wanted to, you could try buying the oil. A lot of people use natural peanut butter to get in their fats as well, and while it's not the best source - it's not a bad choice if you're needing fats at night! :)

No problem! EFA's are "essential fatty acids" - Omega 3's and Omega 6's. You can call them healthy fats. You can look them up online to find foods high in EFA's, but some good choices are plain almonds, flax oil (if you can handle downing a tablespoon of oil by itself - can be pretty nasty, olive oil etc. I used to drink flax, but find it much easier to eat 12 almonds or so (one serving size)...flax is very good for you though!

Thank you! You're pics are looking great too - one of the best on this site. I feel like I am not growing enough lately (kinda stuck)...but hopefully 5x5 and bulking will help that out and I can gain some serious mass before cutting up in the spring/summer. *fingers crossed*
