The personal achievment. A feeling of determination that goes beyond anything else. A sport that requires commitment and drive that only you as a individual have control over
How I Stay Motivated:
I never focus on winning a trophy or my placing but each day i dtrive to become better not only as a athlete but as a person and being in the gym allows me to do that. It is the greatest award.

2003 Canadian Nationals -1st middleweight
2004 Canadian Nationals-1st middleweight
2006 Canadian Nationals- 1st middleweight & overall - Pro Card

Goal (Long):
I would love to qualify for the Olympia in my career. I am quite a small bodybuilder as i go on stage less then 130lbs. I would be so grateful to be recognized by the fitness field in general and be a role model for others to make decisions in their lives to that could have a positive impact on them personally.
Well I did it. Firt place on the Pro show now off to the Olympia! I know i will be a very small competitor with much less muscle mass but what the heck i will be on the Olympic Stage!!!!!

Wow, oh wow! Just saw your photos, and the lenses on my glasses fogged over instantly! You are a real life Valkyrie, breathtaking beautiful with a body hot enough to melt lead. You did such an wonderful job building those painfully sexy muscles. I never heard of you before today, but I'm certainly a fan now! Best of luck in all your future competitions!;)
