I have been trying to get "into shape" for a couple of years. You see, I broke my leg my senior year in highschool and put on about twenty pounds and have really never taken the time to loose the weight. My brother has been into lifting for a couple of years now and I have seen to benefits that it has had in his life and was really interested in having that feeling of success and confidence in my life.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and feeling like there is nothing left to give, to be completly drained knowing that I gave 100%. It is also incredible to reap the benefits of weight lifting and just being and active person in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing those around me that take their health for granted and knowing where they are headed helps me to continue to push through those tough times of temptation.
I want to be satisfied with the way that I look and to be able to that guy in the gym that is jacked. I want to earnt the repect of others by just being looked at.
