Thats great, your doing a shoot for the maq. Let me know when it comes out. All I can suggest is keep eating clean meals...maybe drop your carbs drink up to 1 1/2 gal of water...until wensday of the 2nd week..carb up with rice cakes and lower the water intake by 1/2 gal each day....Thats if the shoots on Sat.. If not change the days around up to the shoot. It worked for me at my second show....Good luck girl...You look amazing ;-)

As for doing a show on your 40th, Go all out you will do great! Keep training hard and eating clean and youll be ready! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Girl, You look amazing! Keep doing what your doing! The only tips I can give you which you probably know is keep that diet clean and try to love your cardio! To me the wieghts are my love its the rest I struggle with! Keep it going! U R amazing!

As of now no shows until prob Nov, the Easterns. Doing 2 shows a week apart from eachother took a toll on me. I had a great time at both of them but it drained me till no end.
